7. Always take your time. The faster the speed the less control a driver has.

8. Always obey the traffic laws, and a good rule is- when your wipers are on, turn your lights on.

9. Never drink and drive, and be aware of any medication you are on.

10. Always slow down in school & construction areas.

11. Always yield to emergency vehicles.
